The product, not the pitch

Read this week's sample brief.

This is the actual format — down to the companies that stayed quiet. The companies below are fictional; yours won't be.

Illustrative sample — fictional companies

Needs your attention

1

Follow up

2 companies had no material filings this week.

Disclosed facts from exchange filings, with the filing linked on each entry. Research only — not investment advice.

In your brief, every entry links to the filing it came from. These companies are fictional, so their filings are not linked here.

How it works

Filings in, signal out.

Step 1

Build your watchlist

Search by company name or ticker, or start from NIFTY 50 or a sector. Your brief switches on automatically once you follow a company.

Step 2

We read the filings

Every week we go through what your companies actually disclosed to BSE/NSE — orders, results, capacity, debt — and keep the source for every claim.

Step 3

One email, every Monday

What changed, what needs a second look, and which companies were simply quiet. Every entry links to its filing.

What you get

  • Disclosures that matter, from official BSE/NSE filings only
  • A source link on every single claim — check us in one click
  • One email a week, on Monday morning
  • “No material change” when that’s the truth

What you won’t get

  • Target prices, buy/sell calls, or verdict labels
  • Recycled news headlines dressed up as insight
  • Daily noise — it’s weekly because filings are, mostly
  • Your data anywhere it shouldn’t be — your watchlist stays yours
FAQ

Fair questions.

What exactly arrives in my inbox?

Once a week: what each company on your watchlist disclosed to the exchanges — new orders, results, capacity updates, debt changes — with the filing linked on every entry it came from.

What if my companies filed nothing that week?

The brief says so. “No material change” is a real finding, not a gap we fill with recycled news. A quiet week reads in twenty seconds.

Is this stock advice or picks?

No. The brief carries disclosed facts and source links only — no target prices, no buy/sell calls, no verdict labels. It exists so you can form your own view faster, from primary sources.

When does my first brief arrive?

Add at least one company to your watchlist. Every morning at 06:10 IST we switch the brief on for accounts that follow a company, and the brief goes out on Mondays at 7:30 am IST — so your first one arrives the Monday after it switches on. We send a short email when it does.

How do I stop it?

Every brief has a one-click unsubscribe, and “Stop my brief” on your dashboard does the same. Once you stop it, adding companies to your watchlist won't switch it back on.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta. If that ever changes, you'll hear it from us first, in plain terms.
