What to include
- The email address you sign in to DalalOS with.
- For a billing question or refund: the date and amount of the charge. Never send card, bank or UPI details; we don't need them.
- For a data or connection problem: the AI app you use and the question you asked.
Self-serve
- Change or cancel your plan from Billing in your dashboard.
- Create or revoke API keys from API keys in your dashboard.
- Delete your account from the bottom of your dashboard overview.
