QUICKSTART

Connect DalalOS to your AI

Pick your client, pick authentication, and follow only the relevant steps. OAuth is the default whenever your client supports it.

1

Pick your AI tool

More compatible clients work too—choose the closest setup style, then use the same hosted URL.

2

Choose how to authenticate

Claude · OAuth

Connect Claude without a key

  1. 1Open Claude → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. 2Paste the DalalOS server URL and select Connect.
  3. 3Finish the DalalOS sign-in window, then start a new chat.

DalalOS MCP server URL

https://mcp.dalalos.in/mcp
3

Test your connection

Start a new chat and ask for sourced data. A working connection calls DalalOS tools and reports source and freshness; it should not use web search.

Try this prompt
Use DalalOS to fetch the latest available quote and company profile for Reliance Industries. Tell me which DalalOS tools you called, the source of the data, and its freshness date. Do not use web search.

Troubleshooting

The server URL is rejected

Use the exact URL ending in /mcp. DalalOS uses Streamable HTTP, not the older SSE path shown in some client examples.

OAuth did not return to my client

Allow the sign-in popup, then retry from the client’s MCP settings. Do not add an API key to an OAuth connection unless the client explicitly requires a Bearer header.

My chat does not call DalalOS

Start a new normal chat, explicitly select DalalOS in the tool picker, and use the verification prompt. Some clients do not invoke custom tools in every chat mode.
